Brandywine Park Condominiums didn't know when, what and where but they did know who: Diamond Restoration's Commercial Loss team. Our experts hit the seen with speed and determination. Every day that the unfinished condominiums were soaked and flooded was one more day that the new tenants couldn't close on their purchase or move in.
The good news? The building is only partially finished and the flood damage occurred in those areas. Many rooms had no flooring or dry-wall in place. Only the steel and concrete forms.
The bad news? It was a total flood from the 5th floor down to the second
sub-basement parking garage.
Diamond Restoration reacted and went to work with a plan, a process and a desire to do it right, right away. After assessing the loss they sent their Thermal Drying team in with over 200 fans and TES. |
