Newark Fire Damage Reconstruction Project Progress

A newark town home was completely damaged by a fire that started with an untended candle burning on the 1st floor, creating a total loss. Diamond Restoration was on the scene once the fire department controlled and extinguished the blaze, boarding up the domicile, then cleaning up the water and soot damage. Then they proceeded with the demolition to reconstruction phase of the salvage. They were able to restore the home in a timely fashion, with these facts:
- Untended candle burned the entire house from the ground to the roof
- 1,800 square foot home
- All trusses had to be replaced
- Complete reconstruction with new roof, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, kitchen & bathroom fixtures and flooring
