During the quiet of the night in early spring 2010 a faulty electrical system finally failed completely sparking an intense fire that completely gutted a home in Wilmington, DE. The historic house was a 2 story, 3 bed, 2 bath Victorian with plaster walls. It was a total loss.
Diamond Restoration brought all of their services and teams to bear on this job. On the first day they used their 1- 800 - BoardUp team to rope off the house, tarp the roof and board up the windows and doors.
After successfully and safely boarding up the damaged house their Pack Out crew went to work organizing, loading, cleaning and storing all salvageable valuables for the victim and the insurance company. Diamond's drying team proceeded to clean the smoke and water damage in the house while the Pack Out team began cleaning the inventoried items in their warehouse. The entire process took only 2 months!
While the Pack Out and Cleaning crews were doing their tasks Diamond's Restoration service jumped into action demolishing, planning and rebuilding the home. The Diamond Restoration Services team was able to rebuild the entire structure including:
